Free Activities to Learn Spanish with Your Child This Halloween
Hey, hey, hey. Welcome back to Lorena & Lennox. If you have been keeping up with my latest posts, you can probably tell I am pretty basic. I love Fall: anything and everything about it. So much so, that Lennox and I are pretty much done our fall bucket list already. If you haven't grabbed your free Toddlertober bucket list with 31 days of fun toddler activities for October, you can do so here.
If you follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or if you have read some of our being bilingual posts, you already know that in our household we speak Spanish only. Speaking Spanish only at home is tough given that I am not a native Spanish speaker and the fact that we live in English-dominant society. However, I don't waver because I want Lennox to get ahead of the game in the prime of his language-acquisition years.
We do a lot of learning activities at home to teach Lennox proper Spanish. Last month, I decided I wanted to start sharing some of these activities with you all, so I created fall-themed flashcards and an e-coloring book in Spanish. You can use these activities to learn Spanish side-by-side with your child. Don't forget to grab your fall-themed flashcards now before it's too late!
Since they were such a hit, I plan on making more holiday seasonal activities in Spanish. Today, I bring you the Halloween e-coloring book and flashcards.
Lennox adores these activities. We take the flashcards with us on the go to see if he can point out any of the Halloween items in the stores. We also printed out the flashcards twice and use them as a memory game and for object sorting.
If you are interested in these free Halloween activities in Spanish, grab them while you can! I will give away the flashcards to the first 50 subscribers, so don't miss out! If you are already a subscriber, your flashcards will be in your inbox any minute =)
