1. Winter Dress-Up Relay:

  • Incorporate the winter clothes items from the list (scarf, mittens, hat, etc.).
  • Divide kids into teams.
  • Scatter the clothing items around the playing area.
  • Set a timer and have the first player from each team run to find an item on the list, put it on, and return to tag the next teammate. The team that completes dressing up in all items first wins.

2. Snowball Scavenger Hunt:

  • If you have real snow or make faux snowballs, hide small winter-themed items within or around them (miniature toys, snowflake cutouts, laminated images etc.).
  • Kids search for these items within the snowballs, either by melting them or digging through piles, like a treasure hunt in the snow.

3. Classroom Scavenger Hunt

  • Print them off, laminate them and hang them around the room. 
  • Have your students walk around to find the items on the list.
